Frequently Asked Questions

Q Are socks required?

Grip socks are not compulsory however, they are recommended. Megabounce grip non-slip socks are available for purchase at the reception area.  (These are provided to each participant as part of any Mega Pass).

Q Is supervision provided on the bounce arena?

We do recommend supervision for our bouncers aged 7 years and under. For all other ages our fun and friendly court monitors will provide supervision on the bounce arena, so you can simply sit back and relax or you are more than welcome to enter our spectator platform which runs right through the centre of our arena to be part of the action. However, you are required to stay in the venue for anyone under 14years of age.

Q Can we spend more than 1 hour on the bounce arena?

It is possible to add an additional hour onto your bounce time (making 2 hours in total) by adding this as an optional extra when booking (providing there is availability. An extra cost applies).

Q What time should my guests and I arrive?

We ask that you and your guests arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time to allow for check-in, wristbands and socks and to receive the safety briefing.

Q What should we wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing that is free of any studs/sharp parts. And please remember that trampolining is an energetic activity and you may get warm whilst bouncing so dress appropriately. You will also be asked to remove any belts.

Q Do you have a Cafe?

You can purchase food at our MegaBounce Cafe, snacks, icecreams,  slushie’s, barista-made coffee and more!

No outside food or drinks are permitted in the arena, if you are required to bring food due to dietary requirements please let a member of staff know.

Please feel free to bring your waterbottles as we have a water filter available to all customers at no charge.

Q How soon would you recommend booking?

Demand can be high, particularly at weekends and during school holidays. We would therefore recommend booking as soon as you know you want to come for a visit so you are not left disappointed. We also expect demand for parties to be high during peak periods and therefore take party bookings up to 12 months in advance and recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee your preferred time and date.

Q What if someone I booked for can no longer attend?

As long as you provide at least 24 hours notice ahead of your planned session, we are happy to either refund or reschedule your session for all or some of your group, unfortunately we cannot offer this option with less than 24 hours notice.

Q Can adults join the children on the bounce arena?

Of course! Our facilities are for people of all ages. Any adult attending a children’s party are also welcome to join in by purchasing a jump session (as long as your child doesn’t think that will cramp their style of course!). You can either simply book using our on-line booking system for the same day and time as the party, or contact our event co-ordinator who will arrange this for you. Please note that the full amount per adult is payable at time of booking.

Q What is Peak and Off-Peak times?

Peak times – all weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
Off-peak – all other times.
