Bookings and check-in process – Covid Procedures
Here are a few important items to inform you of when visiting our arena
- As part of the Orange light requirements masks are encouraged to be worn at all times except when jumping or seated for drinking or eating.
- Our café will be open for refreshments, snacks and coffee!!
We thank you for your co-operation to allow us to be able to offer you this service.
Please note: Outside beverages, party food & birthday cakes are ONLY allowed on the premises WHEN HIRING OUR PICNIC AREA, (NOT ALLOWED IN CAFE AREA).
If you wish to hire our Picnic Area please choose our Picnic Space Hire option.
Cancellation and changing bookings
As long as you provide at least 24 hours notice ahead of your planned session, we are happy to reschedule your session. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this option with less than 24 hours notice.
MegaBounce runs on a capacity basis and we reserve your space when a booking is made therefore, all payments made are non-refundable as you have agreed to the session conditions at your time of booking. We are happy to reschedule your booking or provide you with a credit, provided 24 hours’ notice is received.
