Q Are socks required?

Yes – Anyone entering the playground including all adults and children must wear regular socks. (no-grips). You can bring your own or socks are available for purchase at the reception area.

Q Is supervision required in the Play area?

Active supervision is required of all children by parents or caregivers.

Q Can adults enter the play area?

Yes – Adults are included in the Play pass to enter and supervise children. However, they are not permitted to play on the equipment e.g. slides, zip line etc.

Q Can we go in the Play area and the trampolines?

Each area is a different pass, which needs to be purchased separately. 

Q What time should I arrive?

You can arrive anytime during your booked session time. However, finishing times are strickly adhered to. Our sessions are 1.45 minutes in length from the specified start time on your booking.

Q Do I need to book or can I just walk in?

Bookings are recommended -Demand can be high, particularly at weekends and during school holidays. We would therefore recommend booking as soon as you know you want to come for a visit so you are not left disappointed. You can also check our live booking system to see our availability before making the journey to us – However, once spaces are sold out we may not be able to accommodate you.

Q What should we wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing that is free of any studs/sharp parts. 

Q Do you have a Cafe?

You can purchase light snacks and refreshments from our reception – snacks, icecreams,  slushie’s, barista-made coffee and more! There will be more food options once our kitchen is up and running.

 No outside food or drinks are permitted in the arena, if you are required to bring food due to dietary requirements please let a member of staff know.

Please feel free to bring your waterbottles as we have a water fountain available to all customers at no charge.

Q What if someone I booked for can no longer attend?

All bookings are non-refundable at the time of booking.  We are happy to reschedule your session for all, or some of your group as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice ahead of your planned session. Or a credit in the form of a gift card can be issued for you to use at a later date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this option with less than 24 hours notice.
