What to expect when visiting our arena
We have expanded our business and relocated to our new premises! Whilst many of our processes are very much the same, please check below for any new updates.
Bookings and check-in process
We highly encourage online pre-paid bookings for sessions as we may be unable to accommodate you if you turn up without a booking due to our capacity limitations.
Please click on the ‘Book Now’ button to proceed.
- You just need to turn up 10 minutes before your specified booking time.
- State your name at the counter to pick up your wristbands.
- A safety briefing over our loudspeaker will occur shortly before your jump time, please remain at your tables until your jump session is called up.
- Sessions run hour on hour, if you are late, the session still finishes on the hour.
- If we are FULLY BOOKED we cannot accept if you arrive with extras (not booked) in the hope of them jumping.
- All Micro jumpers under the age of 5 years must be accompanied by a paying adult (included in the Micro pass option).
- Only jumpers with valid wristbands are permitted through the gated area. No spectators (you have a clear view of our entire setup outside of the gated area).
- No shoes or normal socks are allowed on the trampolines, Bare Feet, or Grips Socks only (socks are available for purchase).
- Children under the age of 12yrs cannot be left without adult supervision 12 & 13yrs must be signed in at reception as being left -with emergency contact – anyone under the age limit without supervision will be removed from the trampolines.
- We DO NOT allow outside Food or Beverages brought into the premises. Birthday Cakes used during a BOOKED BIRTHDAY PARTY are the only exception.
Cancellation and Changing Bookings
If at least 24 hours’ notice is provided ahead of your planned session, we are happy to reschedule your session. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this option with less than 24 hours’ notice.
MegaBounce runs on a limited capacity basis and we reserve your space when a booking is made therefore, all payments made are non-refundable as you have agreed to the session conditions at your time of booking.

Supervision for kids
Any child aged 14 and under must have a parent or adult present in our facilities during their jump time. All micro jumpers under the age of 5 Years must be accompanied by a paying adult (included in the Micro jump price)
Do I have to pay if I’m not jumping?
Nope! Spectators are free of charge. Please note that you are not permitted to enter any of the gated trampoline/Ninja course areas as a spectator. However, you do have great visibility of our entire setup from ground level or on our mezzanine floor. While you’re here, we recommend relaxing in our cafe area, grabbing a snack and one of our delicious coffees!
Why booking ahead is important
In the best interest of our jumper’s safety and enjoyment, we limit the number of jumpers per session. As we often book out our sessions it is highly recommended that you book in advance to guarantee your spot.
