Welcome to Taranaki’s new indoor playground! Go Wild Playground is designed for children aged 11 years and under. This project started back in August 2020 and we are so excited to finally be able to open our doors! We are ready to have you come and Go Wild, all the activities we are starting out with are complete. 

A super important thing to remember is to BRING YOUR SOCKS. All adults and children in the play areas must wear socks.

Do I need to book

In the best interest of our customers safety and enjoyment, we limit the number of people per session. With your prepaid booking, you can be assured that you have your spot confirmed and plan accordingly. You can choose to walk in however, this is subject to availability – you can use our booking system to check for availability before heading in and pay on arrival if spaces are available.

We are excited to offer you two options Go Wild Playground (11 Years and under) our multi-story indoor playground or MegaBounce Trampoline Arena which has had a revamp and new activities added to challenge all ages. These are separate entry passes and session times. 

We do offer a discount for purchasing the two areas – you can add your 1 Hour trampoline pass at the counter on arrival.

How our sessions run

Both Go Wild Playground and MegaBounce Trampoline Arena have a capacity per session – this is for us to provide a comfortable limit of people participating in each activity.

Go Wild Playground

During our peak times – Weekends/School Holidays/Public Holidays our playground runs on 1 Hour 45 min allocated sessions. You can either book to secure your tickets or choose to check our booking system for availability before heading in and pay on arrival (subject to availability). 

Weekdays during school term are Stay and Play – you can arrive when it suits you. Please check our live booking system to check for availability before you head in as we do have private groups in from time-to-time.

MegaBounce Trampoline Arena

During our peak times – Weekends/School Holiday’s/Public Holidays our park runs on hourly sessions that start on the hour every hour. Arrival for each of these session is 10 minutes before for check in and safety briefing.

Weekdays during school term are Stay and Play – you can arrive when it suits you. Please check our live booking system to check for availability before you head in as we do have private groups in from time-to-time.

Bookings and check-in process

We highly encourage online pre-paid bookings for sessions as we may be unable to accommodate you if you turn up without a booking due to our capacity limitations.

Please click on the ‘Book Now’ button to proceed.

  1. Arrive anytime from the start of your session time and vacate at the allocated time, to allow for a change over for the next session. Please do not arrive early.
  2. State your name at the counter to pick up your wristbands.
  3. Please make sure that you take the time to read the playground rules for safety reasons
  4. If we are FULLY BOOKED we cannot accept if you arrive with extras (not booked) in the hope of them joining in.
  5. ​We DO NOT allow outside food or drink to be brought into our premises this includes birthday cakes. With the exception of booked Party Room hires.

Cancellation and Changing Bookings

If at least 24 hours’ notice is provided ahead of your planned session, we are happy to reschedule your session. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this option with less than 24 hours’ notice.

We run on a limited capacity basis and we reserve your space when a booking is made therefore, all payments made are non-refundable as you have agreed to the session conditions at your time of booking.

Are adults allowed to play on the equipment?

Our playground structures are designed for children 11 years and under – supervising adults 18 Years + are permitted to enter the play area – but please no playing on the slides or equipment. There is no entry into the play area for 12-17 Year olds.

Am I included in the price?

Each child’s pass allows 2 adults to enter the play area.
