Playground structures and equipment cater for children up to 11 years of age only.
We do not allow outside food or drink to be brought into our premises this includes birthday cakes. With the exception of booked Party Room Hire’s.
All adults and children must wear socks in the play area. No shoes or barefeet or you will be asked to exit the play area.
During our time allocated sessions, please make sure that you are ready to vacate promptly to allow for the next session to begin. Our sessions finish at a quarter past the hour.
Running is part of play but it can be a hazard. Please ensure your children do not run inside our premises.
When children are using the slides they must go down feet first, never head first. Please do not allow your children to climb up the slides.
Fast drop speed slide – (orange with black print) is suitable for children 130cm and above only. Children must keep arms and legs in.
Please report all incidents to our management team.
Donut slide – 1 person per donut. Feet first or sitting in the donut only. Please hold the handles of the donut till you are stationary at the bottom. Children’s supervisors are responsible for ensuring their children adhere to all the rules.
Although we take the utmost care to provide a safe environment for all children to play, the ultimate responsibility for those children remains that of their parents or caregiver.
Only caregivers over the age of 18 years of age may supervise children.
Any child found left on the premises without a guardian will be handed over to the appropriate authorities.
