Wild Party Package

I understand/agree to the Terms and Conditions: By choosing this option I am aware that:

  1. Arrival of 10 minutes before your session starts is recommended. Due to the nature of the business, booking times cannot be delayed.
  2. Access to the party room is 30 minutes after the start of your play session.
  3. A reserved table will be provided for you and your guests in the café space of Go Wild during the duration of your playtime.
  4. Play sessions are for 1 Hour 45 minutes finishing at a quarter past the hour. Dining is 1 hour after your session starts. You have an additional 15 minutes at the end of your play session to return to the Party room – this is recommended for cake and pick up of your guests.
  5. Once your booked play time is finished there is to be no returning to the play area.
  6. Area is recommended up to 30 people only – including non-paying guests, your group will be required to fit within the allocated space, as our cafe area is not available for overflow from the Party Area.
  7. Table decorations, napkins, cups, plates and utensils for booked guests. Host is responsible for ALL other items. NB: We do not have kitchen facilities available to the public.
  8. Food: Party meal includes: Hot chips, Mini Hotdog, 2x Chicken Nuggets and sauce. 100 & 1000’s biscuit, lollies, popcorn, fruit, cordial and water. Menu subject to change.
  9. Room is to be left in a clean and tidy manner please – we ask that you put all rubbish in the bin provided. Please leave liquid items on the table for our staff to empty.
  10. Your numbers confirmed at the time of your online booking is important. Regardless of how many turn up, payment is made on those confirmed numbers. (Also if you have extra guests turn up, we may be fully booked and unable to accommodate them).
  11. You are welcome to bring your own decorations – please no Silly String, party poppers, noisy blowers or food fights. No tacks or cellotape on the walls please.

Wild Party Package Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
You may reschedule your Party up to 3 days prior to it, however 15% of the minimum booking of 8 people party package will be retained.

  • 50% of minimum booking of 8 people party package will be retained with any cancellations over 7 days notice.
  • 100% cancellation fee applies to no shows or less than 7 days notice.

Playground/Trampoline Sessions Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
Go Wild/MegaBounce runs on a capacity basis and we reserve your space when a booking is made therefore, all payments made are non-refundable. We are happy to reschedule your booking or provide you with a voucher, provided 24 hours’ notice is given.”
