General Crew

We are looking for energetic candidates who can deliver efficient, friendly customer service and create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for all of our customers. 

Part Time availalable.

Hours:  Must be available for a minimum of 1-weekend shift, public holidays and 2-4 shifts over the school holidays.

Between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience is a benefit.
  • Fast thinking and motivation to learn new skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
  • Able to work a minimum of 1 shift on the weekend, public holidays, and 2-4 shifts during the school holiday weeks.
  • Comfortable engaging with large groups of people of all ages.
  • Must be confident in delivering and enforcing safety rules to adults and children.
  • Performing opening and closing park procedures.

Tasks

  • Following day-to-day procedures are completed to schedule.
  • Interacting with children and parents, being confident in resolving issues.
  • Performing safety checks on equipment,
  • Assisting with groups, schools, and birthday parties,
  • Cleaning facilities
  • Monitoring children and adults on the trampolines and playground.
  • Selling products, till work (Eftpos, cash, computers, etc),
  • Setting and cleaning up birthday parties.
  • Be friendly, professional, and well-presented.
  • Have experience in the hospitality industry, kitchen experience.
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a great communicator.
  • Be an all-rounder
  • Have a passion for customer service.
