Supervisor/Team Leader

As a Supervisor, you will support in the running of the venue alongside a manager or fellow supervisor – leading the team, giving great customer service and delivering the very best standards. Ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader – but if you haven’t got that don’t worry, we’d still love to hear from you.

What you’ll be getting up to;

  • Delivering fantastic service so our customers have a great visit and want to return.

Hosting and delivering Parties.

  • Lead, direct and motivate the Crew Members to ensure a quality service delivery.
  • Maintain a high profile throughout the facility and respond positively to customer needs, expectations and comments.
  • Ensuring the site is safe and secure, putting Health & Safety of colleagues and customers at the forefront of what you do.
  • Pre-empting any problems and take ownership to resolve problems and empower the team to do the same.
  • Opening and Closing the park, undertake cash and transaction reconciliation and ensure cash security is maintained and financial procedures are complied with when required.
  • Making sure your team follow and comply standard work and processes across all areas of the business.
  • Being fully hands on with the day to day running of the park.

Barista experience desirable but not compulsory.

Hours of work; This is a part-time position – with around 20 hours max per week (more hours available in school holiday’s. We are open to less hour to the right candidate with the focus being on the running of a weekend shift.

Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business, with variable shifts to include evenings, weekends and school holidays.
