Mega Party Package

Parties – Terms & Conditions (No need to click each checkbox)

  • Your party starts and finishes at the times stated on your booking confirmation sheet. Please stick strictly to your arrival & departure times, we are unable to accommodate early arrival & we recommend all guests have a pick up time of half past the hour to ensure departure from the building by 1/4 to the hour. Where our staff will commence cleaning for the next booking.
  • We ask that you please keep your numbers including non-paying guests to the capacity of the room and allocated area of 25 Max. Please make sure your guest numbers do not exceed this as we are unable to accommodate them in our cafe area.
  • The party room is NOT available upon your arrival, a staff member will advise when the party room is ready for you to add your own touches. This is usually by 1/4 past the hour, NB: unless you have booked the first party of the day.
  • Own food is welcome, ie; birthday cake, platters, with all associated items at your own cost; napkins, sauce, plates for cake etc. NB: We do not have kitchen facilities available to the public. Extra napkins are $3.50 per pack of 10.
  • Please respect the next booking by vacating the room/space on time, quarter to the hour.
  • Due to the nature of the business, booking times cannot be delayed.
  • Numbers confirmed at the time of your confirmation call is important.
  • Regardless of how many turn up, payment is made on those confirmed numbers. Also if you have extra guests/jumpers turn up, it is likely we will be fully booked and unable to accommodate them.
  • Once your booked jump time is finished there is no returning to the trampolines.
  • No silly string, party poppers, blowers, confetti or food fights. No tacks or cellotape on walls please.
  • 15% of the deposit is retained with any cancellations with over 7 days notice. 100% cancellation fee applies to no shows or less than 7 days notice.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your party up to 7 days prior to it, however, please note:

  • 15% of deposit is retained with any cancellations or rescheduling over 7 days notice.
  • 100% cancellation fee applies to no shows or less than 7 days notice.

Jump + Picnic Space Hire

No minimum for Picnic Space Hire.

  • Our Picnic Area comfortably holds 20 people including standing room – we ask that you please keep your numbers including non-paying guests to the capacity of the area. Our Cafe space is not available for overflow from the Picnic area.

Picnic Space Hire Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your Picnic Space Hire up to 3 days prior to it, however 15% of Picnic Space Hire Fee is retained for less than 3 days notice.

Cancellations:

  • 15% of Picnic Space Hire Fee is retained with any cancellations over 3 days notice.
  • 100% cancellation fee applies to no shows or less than 3 days notice.

* Please note that the 1 Hour Jump Session bookings you make in addition to the Picnic Space Hire differs to the above conditions, please see following.

Jump Sessions Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

MegaBounce runs on a capacity basis and we reserve your space when a booking is made therefore, all payments made are non-refundable. We are happy to reschedule your booking or provide you with a voucher, provided 24 hours’ notice is given.”
