Terms and Conditions

1. When buying a ticket to MEGABOUNCE you are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms and conditions as outlined below.
2. All MEGABOUNCE products and services are non-refundable as you have agreed to the bounce session conditions at your time of booking. We are happy to reschedule your session but unfortunately we cannot offer this option with less than 24 hours notice.
3. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
4. We advise to arrive 10 minutes prior to your bounce time to allow time for processing and our safety briefing.
5. You are required to pay for the full booking made. (Total number of bouncers booked in as we reserve these spaces for you in the hourly sessions).
6. Jumping on trampolines can result in injury. Using the MEGABOUNCE facilities must be undertaken in accordance with the rules and conditions displayed on our website and throughout MEGABOUNCE.
7. There is a manufacturers recommended weight limit of 120kgs on the trampolines.
8. Use of the trampolines, Air Bag, Zip Line and Ninja Course is at your own risk as well as any damage to or loss of personal equipment.
9. Please consider the safety of yourself and others at all times whilst at MEGABOUNCE.
10. No one is allowed to use the trampolines, or any equipment without first purchasing a session pass.
11. No one is allowed to use the facilities without a wristband. (Unless specified by a member of staff).
12. To ensure you make the most of your time at MEGABOUNCE, please follow any instructions or directions from our crew.
13. Micro Jumpers Under the age of 5 Years must be accompanied by an adult, especially during our busy periods.
14. No food or drink is permitted through the gated area.
15. Due to health and safety regulations, no outside food or drink is permitted to be brought inside the venue with the exception of booked birthday party packages.
16. Any customers judged to be intoxicated by our staff will not be allowed on the premises.
17. Only instructors employed by MEGABOUNCE are permitted to provide instruction.
18. Please inform our crew if you have any medical conditions that you may require assistance with (please note it does not necessarily prevent you from participating in activities).
19. We do not recommend using the trampolines if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
20. When entering MEGABOUNCE, you give MEGABOUNCE permission to use any photographs or video taken of yourself for promotional use which includes social media.
21. Children under the age of 14 years must not be left at MEGABOUNCE without a guardian.
